The cheer year is over, and as much as I loved being a cheerleader, I'm so glad it's finally over! Now I can focus more on the other parts of my life: school, work... and friends! It's so great to be able to actually hang out with someone other than a cheerleader!School is going really great, but I can't wait for it to be over! haha Only three more months and then I get chucked out into the big bad world! I'm feeling a mixture of excitement and horror. It's scary being an adult! Oh right! That reminds me! I'm legally an adult as of February 10, 2009 :D Some parts are okay, but others are just a pain in the butt! I had to apply for medical insurance... which was a horrible hassle!
I'm going to attend Dixie State College in the fall, and I'm really excited about it! Not only do I have so much of my family living down south, my best friend of thirteen years, Natalie, lives in St. George. It's going to be great to get to see my family more often and meet new people and try new things! I'm going to live with my dad while I'm going to school, at least for a while. I'm not sure if I'll end up living on my own by the time I'm done with school or not. haha.
But for now I'm focusing on my school work, keeping my grades as high as I can, and making sure I didn't lose complete touch with the social world outside of cheer! :D
